Red Ring Around Eye With Fever And Watery Eyes, Please Suggest

My 4 year old daughter started having mild fever last night. Now the outside of her eye is getting like a red circle around it and it wateringly constantly. Im not sure if I should take her to the emergency room right away.

redness around the eye and watering are indicative of a corneal pathology.Since the redness is confined to the outer side and not all around some antibiotic drops can be started to begin with.
