Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it is due to some inflammation due to mixed infection over there.
It usually occurs after improper hygiene, tight, wet undergarment and scratch during sleep.
Apply anti fungal/anti bacterial cream.
Start complete course of oral antibiotic with anti fungal like flucanazole-150.
Avoid tight under garment, take proper local care.
Go for investigations like cbc, fbs, ppbs, usg abd with scrotum.
Consult dermatologist for better guidance and proper medical management.
