Red Sinus With White Patches, Burning, Mucus From Sinus
sinus is raw red with white patches if you look inside nose; bloody bubble clots with white removed; frequent burning as if irritant must be removed; mucous from sinus enters mouth and mouth symptoms occurred first in late 2006. Mucous has hairs in it; most recent long strand 3 inch hair blown out of nose with blood clots only blood surrounding hair. Mucous has bubbles same with saliva in mouth. Bubbles are shiny like metallic with one or two big ones surrounded by small ones tight together

This along with the examination of the nasal discharge for microscopy, culture and sensitivity will lead to a proper diagnosis and further management.
