Red Split Under Glands Of Penis, Red, Burned On Contact With Water. Healing Period? Treatment?
I noticed a red split in the skin just under the glans of my penis 2 days ago (not the frenulum) a few centimeters long that was red and burned on contact with water. Happened after my girlfriend tugged back the foreskin a bit too hard. The pain has stopped but the redness is still there. How long will this wound take to heal and what should i use?
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained a ijury near frenulum on under surfase of glans penis due to forceful retraction of the foreskin.
This is most likely tothat you had a band of adhesion between frenulm and glans penis that has been torned due to to foreful retraction of foreskin.
Apply antibiotic ointment over injured area twice daily.
Do not worry it will get healed up wothin 10 days. Dr.Patil.
