Red Spots On Forearms. Having Carcinoid Syndrome, Crohns Disease, Skin Cancer. What Kind Of Doctor Should I See?

I have some pin head size red spots on both forearms. They don't itch, nor do they look like a sore. They came up about a week ago and while the left forearm is starting to look better the right arm is looking worse. I have been diagnosed with ulsers in the distal ilium, carcinoid syndrome, Crohn's disease, skin cancer, gluten intolerance, and a casein allergy. Could these be related to any of these or ler disease? What type of doctor would be good. I just want one diagnosis and cure. Can't seem to get any kindof consensus.

Hi, it appears that you have some systemic problem, so i advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for confirmation of the disease. It may be secondary to the end products of the digestion of the allergic foods. You may need to have the serum tests for allergies of certain foods. Thank you.
