Reduced Sex Drive, Quick Ejaculation, Difficulty Getting Erection. History Of Masturbation. Advice

Good Sir, I'm 25 year of age and i reside in Nigeria. I have been masturbating since i was 11 and sometimes i masturbate as much as 3 times a day. I suddenly starting discovering that my sex drive have reduced and i'm no longer interested in having sex with a lady. When i do, i ejaculate within the first minute of penetration and i have to hold on for 45-60mins before i get an erection. I used to last longer when i first had sex when i was 17 but as the year rolled by, my Premature Ejaculation time have dropped from 12 mins to max 2minutes in recent time. Getting married in February and my partner is already complaining about out sex life as something not to look forward to.

Regards,
Promise.

Hi Promise,

Give time to both of you. The very first thing is to stop masturbating. You are married, so having a sexual intercourse could not be a problem.

If you do not succeed alone, consult a psychologist.

All the best!
