Hello dear..
First of all remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.
So, it will not affect your future married life.

However, connections between erectile dysfunction & excess use of porn has been reported in many studies.
For those affected, recovery takes place by 6-12 weeks & mainly involves avoiding the causative factor, that is watching porn.

So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed
Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.

One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to increase the size of penis or improve performance...it may be harmful.

Wishing you a Healthy Life.
Take care.

Hello, thanks for using health care magic.
Masturbation has not been shown to have effect on the body. However, during masturbation it is possible to sustained traumatic lesions of the urethra or develop urethritis.
Masturbation is in a bit to satisfy the sexual urge which is a normal feeling after puberty. The problem is becoming addicted because your psychosocial mind set will not be the same again. Severe addiction can lead to frequent stay in bed rooms, frequent touching of genitals consciously or unconsciously and even in public and reduce sexual response to opposite sex.
A good way of cutting this would be by getting a partner or getting yourself busy, avoiding being lonely and avoiding pornographic and or romantic films. However, a strong will is required.
Best regards and hope this helps you.

Hello dear!

Thanks for being with us.

You need not to worry at all. Masturbation does not harm your reproductive life.

A healthy male produces a few thousand sperm cells each second, amounting to many million each day.It takes 64 days from start to finish for a single sperm cell to develop into spermatozoa. These get stored in testes for another 20 days.

There are many cycles of sperm development going on simultaneously.
Sperms get accumulated in testes till ejaculation.Ejaculation can happen naturally or by means of masturbation or during sex.Hence if your removing the sperms by masturbation means your providing natural way to sperms to go out of body.It is not at all wastage of anything.

So remove from your mind that masturbation does harms you. Your married life will not be affected by habit of masturbation.

Hope this could help you better.
