Remedy For Shoulder Pain And Back Pain After Fall?

i slipped on some ice and fell with my left arm straight. ever since that happened, the left side of my upper back has really hurt and i can t even carry some heavy things with my left arm. i feel like its around my shoulder blade but I m not completely sure. i was wondering what i could have done with my shoulder

I would suggest you to get x ray f the shoulder to see if there is any fracture inside. It can be a pulled muscle also. Meanwhile i would suggest you to take Brufen tablet for pain relief. Also apply ice and Diclofenac ointment. Some time there can be rotator cuff tear also. It can be confirmed by ultrasound.
