Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The decision of taking up surgey will also depend on Renal Pelvis AP diameter. If the size of renal AP diameter is more than 20 mm on Ultrasound, consideration should be given for Anderson Hyne's dismembered Pyloplasty.
Or lese followed up with sequential scan and renogram every 3 months.

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
