Reoccurring Pus Cells In Sperm. E. Coli Found In Lab Test. Pain In Left Testis. Is That Why After Treatment Seen Sperm Cells Suddenly Turns Nil?

what can i about the reoccurring numerous pus cells in my sperm. Is that why after treatment and sperm cells seen suddenly turns to no sperm cells seen. The lab test also confirms i have E.coli too. What can i do about this. I have been married for over 15 years but no issue. Infact in most cases my left testis always pains me.

Hi, there is a possibility that you could be having genital tract infections, and this could be the cause of poor sperm count.
I suggest you have a few basic tests done, and depending on the values of these examinations, we can advise you further.
The tests that you need to have include Ultrasound of scrotum, and a complete urine analysis, and a urine culture. We may need more tests later.
If sperm count is consistently poor, you should also get a test called Serum FSH at about 8 am in the morning.
