Rib Injured, Having Sharp Pain. Cure And Medicine?

Hi, I am a 16 year old male and had a rib injury about 3 weeks ago. I was playing baseball, and ran full speed into a fence, while catching a fly ball. The injury is on my right lower side and it is excrutiating to move and at times I have very sharp pains. The pain seems unbearable. Ive tried ice compresses and pain meds, but nothing seems to be working. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks -Josh

Hello josh, this type of rib injuries take time in healing, so you should not be worried as soon you will be better. But time needed for this will be at least 3weeks more.
