Right Breast Hit After Falling And Chest Hurting Badly. Relief With Icing

I was walking my dog 2weeks ago my right hand was threw the leash handle and the leash was wrapped around my wrist 3 times he is 80 lbs iam 155. He saw something chase after it and within seconds I hit the right breast and side and knee on the ground . I was laid out flat on my right . I have some trouble laying on that side I can t lay flat on my back and raise up my chest. It hurts all the time washing my hair I been icing it ,heat makes it worst.

thanks for your query.if you do not have difficulty in breathing,problem is superficial only,which can be managed with oral analgesics.if it affects your breathing,or not get subscided even with analgesics for 3-5 days,you should take a chest xray and show it to your doctor.hope you find this usefull.
