Thank you for stating your concern
One of the common symptoms from high blood pressure is the ear ringing medically known as tinnitus which can be very loud and with a pulsating feeling, also sight complications may be present, so first thing should be establishing a proper treatment and an adjusted dose for his anti hypertension meds, if you don't have insurance try contacting your local health center or clinic to see if they can provide alternative/cheaper attention, also try reducing the amount of salt he consumes in the normal diet to help naturally decrease his blood pressure levels.
If you have any more concerns feel free to ask.
More than one problem - seemingly unrelated - need attention.
- His blood pressure needs to be controlled
- Tunnel vision needs Ophthalmic assessment for proper evaluation
- Ringing in ears needs ENT care...
He needs examination and investigation...
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
