Rolled My Ankle Walking In Heels, Swollen, Painful. Took Ibuprofen, Used Arnica

I rolled my ankle last night walking in heels (actually sort if jogging in heels trying to catch up to someone). My ankle feels fine but the top if my foot and along the outer edge are swollen and painful. Walking is very painful. There is no visible bruising. I am icing it, put arnica on it and took a double does of ibuprofen. Should I see a doctor right away or can I rest it for a few days and see how it feels then?

You must see a doctor for assessing torn ligament for which immobilization may be needed.Any swelling and restricted movement may mean injury to vital ligaments and earliest treatment prevents further damage and lingering aches later on. Just do nor wear any high heels till your doctor clears it and rest it.
