Ruptured Ovary Removed Due To Internal Bleeding And Having Irregular Periods. What Could Be The Reason And Whom Should I Consult?

Hi i am 39yrs of age n hv pcod , i hv 2 children age16&7 my problem hs been irregular periods i got one of my ovaries removed as it hd got twisted n the tube ruptured wid internal bleeding. Now after 2 years i still have pain in the side where the surgery was performed everytime i have my periods
What can be the cause and whom should i consult in Delhi for such problems

Please clarify whether it was ruptured ectopic pregnancy or was it a cyst thst ruptured. ...usually endometriosis is known to cause large cysts that might rupture causing severe pain do as need to operate and has a tendency to occur again causing pain in same area...you can see previous operation notes and take them to a gynecologist in delhi...a repeat usg can tell whether you are again developing the cysts...
