my husband and i have same blood groups we want to have a baby boy .Me and my husband share a same blood group i.e A+. we have one baby girl. i want to have one boy child now, but i want to know that if husband and wife have a same blood group then they will always conceive a same gender child every time i mean i have a girl child now if i conceive for next time then it will be a girl child again....

Thereis norelation of deterblmination of sex of the child with blood group of husband wife. Blood group have no role to play in detemining the sex of child. It is x and y chromosone during fertilisation decides the sex. The chromosome for boy is with mother. It is achance fertilisation.
