You have not elaborated your symptoms in detail. Since you have a past history of Sarcoidosis, you may undergo some more tests like HRCT, bronchoscopy and bronchoscopic biopsy, PFT and some more relevant tests. Pl consult a Pulmonologist who can guide you further. It seems you are mentally upset in view of past history of Sarcoidosis. Kindly seek help for this also.
