Hi..thanks for the query Scabies generally presents with lesions on abdomen,wrists, genitals, hands etc. however in many cases ,rashes may or may not be present in the mentioned sites.If your dermatologist has diagnosed Scabies infection,it will be important that you take the anti scabies therapy as advised. Topical Permethrin 5% Cream overnight application should be done first followed by a repeat application after 14 days. You should wash all clothing/ bedding before reusing it.it is also important that all family members are treated simultaneously. Hope this helps.take care!
