Scabs Fallen Off After Laparoscopy, Yellow Sloughly Look, Hurts. Is It Normal ?

Hi I had a laparoscopy 15th June and the port within the naval was covered in a glue and stitched internal I do believe.. the scabs have now fallen off and I have been left with a yellow sloughy looking area. is this just because the scabs have fallen off .. my GP has got me on 500mg flucloxocillan x4 perday .. but it hurts

It appears that you have a umblical infection which needs serious attention of your PCP/Doctor.A visit to your surgeon if required may help,a swab for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity may help identify the best antibiotic to be used,daily dressing would help.
