Schizophrenic, Refusing Medicines. Bought Shot Gun From Store, Returned It While Sleeping. How To Help?

hello I need some help my son is schizophrenic he is 24 yrs old he is refusing to take his medicine he went to local hunting strore and purchase a shot gun I waited till he fell asleep took it to my local present and they went with me to the store and refund the money I don't understand how they sold that to my son the police officer the store did no wrong because my son lied in the application saying he is not mentally ill after now they arrest my son and they want 2000.00 bail he was not in the right state of mind I need help for him that why I called the police to get help

Normally psychiatric treatment involves love and affection and trust. Schizophrenic patients do trust someone overwhelmingly and should listen to them.
