Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Inadequately treated sebaceous cyst is known for recurrence.
When there is infection it is advisable to treat with antibiotics for 7 days like Co-amoxiclav.
Once the infection subsides complete surgical excision is advisable to prevent recurrence.

I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
In my clinic I do a simple excision of the cyst under local anaesthesia. This will prevent future recurrence.Sqeezing the cyst is not advisable and it can get infected.Meet your doctor and plan for excision which will solve your problem.Hope this helps.
