Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

The changes in your vagina and uterus take place with age, and once sexual intercourse is more frequent.

But symptoms like frequent urination and early fatigue could be signs of an infection and/or dehydration. I would advise you to visit a doctor and get your urine analysed. The urine will rule out or diagnose all urinary tract infections (UTI).

If a UTI is confirmed, please consume plenty of water along with the treatment advised by the doctor, which will include antibiotic coverage.

If the infection is ruled out, then a routine blood investigation along with a few more specific parameters should be conducted to rule out conditions like anemia, vitamin deficiencies, calcium deficiencies, metabolic disorders, etc.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
