hi please i need you views on the above test i did last week, PHYSICAL EXAMINATION Collection Time 12:24 pm Volume 3.0 ml Viscosity Normal Appearance White opaque Consistency Viscous Liquifaction 1 Hour CHEMICAL EXAMINATION pH: 8.0 Fructose Test: Positive MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Semen Count: 36 million/ml Semen Motility At: 1hr 2hr Progressively Motile :50 40 % Sluggishly Motile : 20 10 % Non Motile 30 50 % Abnormal forms 30 % Sperm Agglutination: Present. Pus Cells: 4-5/hpf R.B.C :Absent Epithelial Cells :1-2/hpf Macrophages: Occasional please what is my condition like,and what do i do week thanks alot. Godfrey

hi,
In short your semen analysis report is normal. I dont know why you have got your semen analysed. If it is for infertility then your report is normal and you are capable of fathering a child. You can visit a lot of website and can find out about the normal values in semen analysis report. most importantly count should be more than 20 million/ml and the progressively motile sperm should be 50%.
