Semen Analysis Reveals Low Sperm Count And Severe Oligospermia. How To Treat This Condition?
recently went for semen analysis and found that my count is less than 2mil/ml and severe oligospermia, married for 3 years now planning for kids. wat can i do to increase sperm count, used to smoke 10 cigs a day from last 8yrs and trying to reduce now, i drink lots of water from the time i started smoking to reduce its effects, consume alcohol once a week that too in limits wat can i do now

Thank you for asking, Your questions has answers in it. what ever you do stop doing it. ANd semen analysis is very fragile test, needs alot of preliminaries and precautions to get a fair result.
To have you a baby is not impossible though difficult. You need to get a fertility consultant and talk different ways of conception., You will need help. All you need is one stop Fertility Clinic and proceed from there.
