Severe Arm Pain After Falling From Stairs. Should I Visit Hospital?

help i just my armpit badlyy! i have just fell over down the stair and whole my arms are paining and couldnt even move it especially in my armpit, it feels like just strain or muscle pulled or bone broking. do u think i should consider my self to the hosptial

Yes i strongly suggest you to go to hospital and get an x ray done for your shoulder and consult an orthopaedic doctor.Because sometimes there may be unrecognised fractures and muscle tear,which may be complicated if not taken care at proper time.So do not panic,keep calm and visit your nearest hospital.Hope you will be fine soon.
