Severe Back And Testicular Pain. Diagnosed With Disc Bulge At L4 And L5, Varicoclele.Suggest
I have been diagnosed with disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1 impinging thecal sac and formation of Schmorl's node at L5 end plate. My age is 25 years Male. I also have mild varicocele on left side observed only through valsalva manuoer. I have been suffering from lower back pain severly and occassional left testicular pain. Various pain killers were used but none of them worked. Kindly suggest me to relieve from pain. Thank you!!
I understand your concerns. I believe that the severe back pain related to your disc bulge at L4-5 and L5-S1 is related to your pain problems. The varicocele may be adding to the pain as well. I do believe that there are surgical procedures available to treat these problems. I hope you consult a qualified doctor who can make the appropriate referrals, i.e. nueurosurgery, psychiatry and general surgery. I hope you are already on treatment of pain and are being optimized for the same by your doctor with titrating the medications. I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
