Severe Constipation, No Bowel Movement For Twelve Days, Drank Liquid Stuff Before Colonoscopy, Blockage Found In X Ray
I have dealt with sever constipation, going sometimes 12 days without a bowel movement, and all I get is that I am severe constipated. I was admitted into the hospital for the 12 days without going. I drank a 2 day prep of the liquid stuff you drink before a colonoscopy, I went and the next day they took an xray and I was still blocked

Now only option remained is enema, this will bring the impacted fecal material out after this we can think about some investigation like barium enema study, to know the cause of constipation of course this is old fashion and no body go for it but it is noninvasive procedure and gives higher clues, some time clear the diagnosis, hope this will guide you have nice day.
