Severe Cough, Wheezing, Breathlessness, Pain In Groin, Left Armpit. Causes For Pain?

This week I was given antibiotics for a severe cough , wheeziness in the chest and breathlesness. I now also have pain in my right groin area and, when I cough, a sharp pain under my left armpit at the side of my breast . I am a 53 year old female, non smoker. Are the other pains just form the excessive, violent coughing?

Hello,
The pain in the armpit could be because of the pleural reaction in the chest .
Pleura is the covering of the lung and when there is infection in it it may cause pain in moving ie while breathing or while coughing.
YOu need to get physician consultation as this can be ruled out by examination . Otherwise there can be lymph node enlarged which also can be ruled out by examination.
continue with antibiotics and take anti tussive medication too.
