Severe Cramping, Spotting, Black Discharge. On Sulfametoxazole. Done UTI Test. What Is Going On?

Hi,
I have a sever cramping for 2 day and after that i have black discharge. Its like just spotting My last period was on March 20th is already 10 days late. I did pregnancy test it is negative. I have done my UTI test on april 4th and took SMZ/TMP Ds 800-160 tab.( Sulfametoxazole and Trimethoprim) Is it due to recation of there medicine or something else. Can anyone help me to figure out whats going on.

Hi,You have severe cramping black periods,late by 10 days and pregnancy test is negative. You have taken septran , and doubting that it might be the cause.
The dark and cramping periods indicates anemia, or infection, i to my patients with such symptoms prescribe fluconazole, cefixime.
The drugs you have used may not have any relation with the cramps and dark periods. thank you.
