Severe Hair Loss, Fatigue, More Thirst. Straightened Hair Years Back. Have Vitamin Deficiency. Safe Remedy?

I'm a 20 year old female and I have recently been experiencing extreme hair loss, fatigue, frequent thirst, and moodiness. As a child, I had thick long, healthy hair.Throughout my teen years I excessively straightened it blow dried it on the highest setting. I'm currently trying to let it grow back naturally but it's not working. My hair is now very thin and my scalp is visible from every angle. It's embarassing. Is this a vitamin deficiency or did I stunt my hair growth? It's not growing back at all... What can I do?

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
Now you have extreme hair loss. you are 20 years of age.
In teen age you have good amount of hair, and practice straightening and blow dried a lot.
This practice could be one of the causes. Other causes, being some fevers like typhoid, T.B, etc. Diet restriction also can cause hair loss.
Dandruff also can cause hair loss, so consult a dermatologist for diagnosis.
Healthy hair is a must for good hair. So take green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
