Severe Hand Pain, Took Alieve Double Dose, Increased Appetite, Not Able To Sleep Because Of Hunger. Reason?

hello this is sia. recently 2 days back i had severe hand pain. so i called nurse line they said to try alieve tablet so i have taken alieve tablet around 6 pm had my dinner at 9 pm. the pain didnt go at that time so i have taken medicine again at around 11:30 pm. My hunger has started at 12 am. so i ate grapes and drank glass of water and i slept around 2 am again my hunger has started so i tried to sleep but my hunger didnt make me sleep so i drank half a cup of milk at around 5 am then again my hunger started at 5:30 am the i ate some cashews and drank glass of water. I was fine for 2 hours then again my hunger started around 8 am i drank lemon juice..afterwards it continued through out the day after i had my lunch also i used to be so hungry and this continued today also may i know the reason why it is happening

Hi,
Over dose of the pills you have taken on an empty stomach, has resulted in gastric irritation/hyper acidity resulting in your symptom.
To get a relief-
-A glass of cold milk taken every 2 hours helps
- eat bland ,non spicy food
- avoid to be fasting. no medicine ( unless advised otherwise ) should be taken on an empty stomach.
Antacids like- Aluminium hydroxide & Magnesium hydroxide gels/ Ranitidine are usually prescribed to such patient.
