Welcome to HCM. Hypertension may cause you to feel dizzy and weak. You should get clinically assessed to diagnose the type of hypertension from which you are most likely suffering. You may need medicines to help yourself stay comfortable.
Neglected hypertensive patients may get prone to heart ailments like coronary artery disease, kidney disorders, etc later in life. Eat home made food and avoid taking extra salt. Drink plenty of water.
You may need diuretics, calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, angiotension converting enzyme inhibitors, etc depending upon the severity of your condition diagnosed. Change your lifestyle, take care.
