Hi, I have a serious itch between my testicles and anus. It itches so bad, when I scratch it feels really good until it begins to hurt. I don't have pubic hair (I shave). I have tried sudocrem to ease throughout the day, but recently turned to using a spray which contains tea tree and witch hazel. When I spray this it burns like hell, but then it seems to sooth. The area seems dry and only red if I scratch...

Hi, it appears to be the fungal infection, or due to pin worms of the intestines, which come out and cause itching in the night. Any of these needs systemic drugs.
So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
