Severe Leg And Hand Pain Before Mensturation. Blood Test Showed Calcium Deficiency. Suggestion?

Hi, I am getting severe leg and hand pains all the time 20 -25 days in a month. mainly before, during and after 10 days of mensturation. I feel like blood flowing with lot of pain. My blood test . results seems to be ok except the calcium deficiency. I am taking calcium tablets daily with out any result. Can you please help me? I am not able to bear these pains.
