Severe Leg Pain, Difficulty In Standing And Taking Weight. What Is The Cure?
I was having severe leg pain from my knee to hip and groin area. I do need knee replacement, but at first I thought I had a Charlie horse, but have never had one that high on my leg. To the point that I could not stand and put weight on my leg. I also got a little light headed.

Hello, Thanks for writing to us There are numerous exercises that you can do. However, it shall depend on the intensity and the gravity of symptoms. Careful flexing and extension at the level of the knees is important. massage the muscles of the thigh and the calf muscles is also very important. The opinion and expertise of a physiotherapist shall be very useful, even after consultation with the neurologist. It is important to note that certain very intense exercises should be avoided. Reason why the opinion of a physiotherapist should be seriously sought for. Hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any more concern. Wishing you good health... Regards.
