Severe Pain And Cramps In Stomach During Periods. How To Ease The Pain?
i am 36, i have no money.. I am really scared... i have noticed my periods gettin worse. The cramps are constant right now.. I am lying on the floor.. feels as if someone keeps stabbing me in the stomach... Can't hardly move... I am trying to stay relaxed, but it's becoming very difficult to do so.. What can i do to ease the pain...

take bland liquid diet/milk during periods,which will reduce pain as well as bleeding.
u can take tab meftal spas ..2 or 3 times a day/as required.
if u have severe pain than inj diclofenac will give quick and good results.
