Severe Pain Due To Regular Masturbation. Unable To Overcome This Habit. How To Treat This?

I am 27 year old. I started masterbation when i was 15 and since then I have this bad habit. I try everyday but not able to get rid of it. I masterbate daily. I am in lot of pain. I am enrolled in a tough MBA program and I am very career oriented. This habit sucks all my energy and potential. Please tell me how can I stop it. I am single and have had no previous relationships. Now I started to feel than this daily masterbation over more than 10 years have brought some bad effects on my eyes. Now I can't see the class board clearly. I have eye glasses and I am sure its not the eye power issue. My vision gets blurred sometimes. I begin everyday with a hope that I can stop this habbit but I can not. I am in lot of pain over the last 12 years. Please help me!

Masturbation is a normal process and it is practiced by most of the males, but you shouldn't develop obsession for it and excessive is bad.
You can overcome this situation by strong will power.
It is not related to loss of eyesight at all. You need proper evaluation by ophthalmologist. You may have refractive error.
You should avoid provocating literature and videos.
You should concentrate in your studies. Things will be fine with time.
You can do meditation, yoga and take healthy food .
