Severe Pain In Back, Swollen Lymph Node, Enlarged Prostrate. Treatment?
i was diagnosed by my family doctor with enlarged prostate i have a severe pain at the back now they sent me to urologist and i have a swollen lymph glands. i just dont understand why i still have this pain for three weeks now.. they gave me a very strong pain killer which is narcotics and when is this going away? what is a lymph gland and what causes it? treatment recommendation? thank you
Your prostate enlargement is not mentioned, however, doing a PSA test is also necessary for you at the moment. Lymph glands can get enlarged in infection and other disease states. That must also be treated as per the clinical evaluation.
you also require a X ray of the back (lumbar spine ) to see the bones in your back and if there is any problem with that.
