Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have coronary Artery Disease treated by Angioplasty with stent placement in 2012 jan.
This is good that you are taking treatment regularly, but please visit a Cardiologist at your place and get examined with ECG to see everything is fine.
You must understand after coronary artery disease treatment continues for long time in fact lifelong.
These drugs are for secondary prophylaxis like Beta Blocker, Aspirin,Clopidogrel and statin(Atorvastatin).
In your case Famotidine is only drug if no acid peptic disorder and antiplatelet agents are tolerated (ASPIRIN & CLOPIDOGREL) then it may be stopped with consultation of cardiologist.
It is not correct to prescribe anything without examining the patient personally.
You can find a Cardiologist where you are posted that is Dubai.
Take care
Good Luck

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Lowplat is Clopidogrel – anti-platelet (blood thinner)
                must be continued life long
Asrin is Aspirin –       anti-platelet (blood thinner)
                must be continued life long
Carsel is Metoprolol –      for rate, rhythm, pressure, angina and so on /
minimum one year / preferably life long
Lipiget is Atorvastatin – for Cholesterol /
for life, even if cholesterol is normal
Femotidine is Famotidine – for gastric protection
                can be stopped
Nitroment is vitamin supplement?
As a principle - you should continue all the drugs until reviewed by your doctor
There are good facilities in the Emirates - you can check there too...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
