Severe Pain In Front, Bottom, Left Side Of Body. On Xeljanz. Have Severe Reactions To Humira, Orencile, Flu Shot. Missed Periods For 3 Years. Guide

Hello. I am a 55 year old woman having severe pain on my front, bottom, left side. I haven't had a period for 3 years but this pain is pretty bad. What are some possibilities for this? I am currently taking Xeljanz. I have had severe reactions to Humira (was hospitalized for possible cardiac distress), Orencie (severe weakness in all muscles), flu shot (hospitalized for possible stroke). Just not sure what or where this pain is coming from.
