Hello Going by your history, you are suffering from a condition known as spondyloarthropathy. In this person has a severe pain in the lower back which becomes worse when patients rest, like the pain and stiffness is maximum when patient wakes up in the morning. According to me u need an MRI of your SI joints. Till then you can take simple NSAIDS which are available in your country eg Indomethacin or Naprosyn.
