my name is John and my last meth use was two years ago and my penis has been terribly soar since. It is small and errections are painfull. It hurts all the time and I am on painkillers everyday so I can pee. My life is ruined and what can I do to make it better. I am so overwhelmed with doom, I think of suicide everyday because my penis won't stop hurting and my balls too. My prostate is also terribly soar and hurts to sit down for long periods of time, I have no sex life. Will I ever have one? Will this ever go away. Is there help out there for someone like me. thanks for your question.
based on my experience with patients with similar complains,
YES you will have sex life, the cause needs to be investigated, found and managed.
You need to see urologist for detailed investigation and management, mean while you can start on ciprofloxacin, metronidazole and I.v ceftriaxone.
