Severe Pain In Right Abdomen With Diarrhea. What Could This Be?
I've had pain on my right side for over a year if I was to point out the spot looks like my appendix area, I've had a gyno dr look inside at my ovaries and appendix and everything looked fine the pain is 8/10 and I was opening my bowels 3 times aday until 3/4 days ago I've had nothing but very bad pain, I've been to the hospital but they send me home with pain meds what could it be

this sounds like inflammatory bowel disease complex
i would suggest you get a colonoscopy and ultrasound abdomen
i am sorry
but the treatment consists of steroid, locally and systemic
so i would not prescribe that till we are sure about the diagnosis
