A person was slightly fell down he had a severe pain in his right leg, with proper consulatancy after 5 days with a ortho doctor he was recovered, but he advised to have a checkup with phisiothereapist, because the person had a polio attack in the right leg from the childhood. Pain in the leg after a fall is likely to be due to a soft tissue injury due to which he recovered in 5 days. Physiotherapy is advised in case the range of movement around the joints is not complete which must have been noticed by the orthopedician at the time of examination. To lose weight, regular exercise and a low calorie diet is recommended.
