sir (my age 22) i used to masterbate daily one day suddenly i got pain at scrotum. UCG and COLOR DOPPLER report said that GRAD1 VARICOSILE, THICKEND RIGHT SPERMATIC CORD WITH INCREASED VASCULARITY ON CFI -FUNICULITIES, (please note that i had surgery to my left testise(replacing of left testise which was in abdomin ) when i was12yrs old ) now i am getting sever pain to the right testise and light pain to the left to the side please give me one solution

This is nonspecific finding and isnt anything to be worried about. YOu just need frequent US check ups and if symptoms progress it should be surgically managed. Pain can be relieved by nonsteroid painkillers and avoid long standing.
