Severe Pain In The Head And Back, Dizziness, Nausea, Sinus Pressure. Low WBC. What Does It Mean?

I m a 26 year old male. Suffer from constant back pain , work outside in the heat. For about 3 days now, when I stand up from lying or sitting, I get severe pain back of head. Dizziness when standing for extended amounts of time. With the dizziness comes slight nausea . Just yesterday, I began feeling slight pressure in my sinuses. Went to a local clinic. They gave me some sinus medicines and antibiotics, but didn t really tell me anything. The did say that I had a low white blood cell count.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

A simple low white cell count does not mean anything. If you do have persistent problems like pain and giddiness then I would advice you to get a CT Brain and PNS done and get back to me or any ENT with the reports as soon as possible.
Meanwhile you can do steam inhalation and also complete the course of medications given to you. Reduce added salt and do keep your pressure in control
get well soon

regards
