Thanks for your query. Your temperature indicates that some inflammatory process is going in your body.
I would advise you to get your abdominal ultrasound immediately to rule out any underline pathology.
Meanwhile you can take
•     Moxifloxacin 400 mg OD for 5 days
•     Tablet Demperidone 10 mg (1+1) fifteen minutes before meal
•     Avoid spicy and chilly foods
•     Avoid coffee and alcoholic drinks
•     Avoid citrus fruits
If you don’t get relief, plz let me know on pakheim@gmail.com pakheim@yahoo.com
Hoping that you will get benefit from my advice.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Throbbing pain in the uterus may be due to infection.
As you are complaining that there is fever , so these two symptoms may co-relates with others.
Get in blood examination for C B C , E S R.
2nd reason in this case may be due to perimenopausal symptoms.
Consult physician / Gynaecologist and get their opinion and deal accordingly.
Good luck.
