Severe Pain Under Rib Cage On Breathing, Moving, Coughing. Severe Headaches, Disturbed Sleep, Lower Abdomen Tender

hi I have pain under my rib cage. I got it yesterday quite serve and had the symptoms all night. When I breath, move, cough etc it hurts in the middle. I had serve headaches the night before this and for two nights my sleep has been disturbed.

prior to these symptoms my lower abdomen has been tender to touch and this is still the case now.

From the description of your pain, it seems to have been worsening over the past days and now interfering with your breathing. I will suggest that you get consulted for an appropriate and detailed clinical exam and investigations to address this problem. It would be best to start with a primary care doctor who may then refer you to a specialist after doing some preliminary evaluations. Your symptoms could be suggestive of so many different possible diagnosis like gastritis, pancreatitis, gallstone, etc. Only a good doctor's visit would help narrow down the list.
