Severe Sore Throat, Pain On Swallowing Or Sticking Tongue Out. Any Ideas?

Hi doc I am 19 and have been experiencing very sore throat in the mornings and it hurts when I yawn swallow or stick my tongue out very far , another thing is that It kinda itches at times , when this first started to happen I would drawl mucus out of my throat and a little bit of blood would be in it but it has stopped that can you help me have a idea doc ?

Hello,
Throat infection can be due to pulmonary diseases or Impacted wisdom tooth which is inflamed.
I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by an ENT specialist initially.
If symptoms persists,please do visit a dentist too.
Maintain oral care.
Gargle frequently with warm saline or betadine.
Avoid intake of spicy,salty food items.Take care.
