Severe Swelling In The Elbow, Headache, Dizziness And Loss Of Memory After An Injury. Lump Formation. Is It Normal?

Yesterday in my soccer game, I got elbowed really hard in the head and had severe swelling as soon as it happened. I had no headache, dizziness, loss of memory or anything. It was just really sore in that spot. The swelling went down a lot, but now as it's going away, there's an indent in the middle of the slight bump which is now a bruise. Is that normal to have that indent as everything is healing? And will it go away?

Every step you have mentioned is common, But you should consult a doctor for examination and treatment for healing process. combursome investigations may not be necessory.
